Refund policy

We want you to love your Petit Folk purchase. If you change your mind:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).

• Refund issued to original payment method once inspected.

• Customer covers shipping for change-of-mind returns; Petit Folk covers faulty or incorrect items.

• Pre-orders: if not delivered within the promised/updated timeframe, you may cancel for a full refund.

• Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
