• Prices are in NZD and include GST (where applicable).

• Payment is taken at checkout to confirm your order.

• Pre-orders: clearly marked and shipped on arrival; ETA listed on product page.

• You may cancel pre-orders any time before shipping for a full refund.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary; delays will be communicated promptly.

• Returns and refunds are handled per our Refunds & Returns Policy.

• Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
